Series 50 Door

This is the strongest door version we offer and has several features worth highlighting:

•	The strength is gained from the wide wrap around stiles and the heavy duty double spigot system illustrated below. Examples of stile strength are shown on later page.
•	The external rail glazing beads can be 90° square, 45° splayed or 25° splayed. All three bead options are shown below.
•	Three midrail options as shown on later page.
•	Doors can be security glazed - captive glazing wedge on the outside.
•	Wedges are recessed into the beads, rails and stiles for improved appearance.
•	Rails nest into stiles (seamless construction) removing hairline joints.
•	Will accept glass up to 10.38mm thick.
•	Custom glass blocking allows us to rack the door panel if required.
•	Rebated French meeting stiles and extra wide stiles available.
•	We also offer a fully beaded door (Series 52) that will accept glass up to 24mm thick (insulating glass units). This door has beads inside and out on rails and stiles.
•	There is an economical version of this door (Series 51) that's screwed together.
