Series 400 CentreGLAZE™ Framing Next Page
The AWS CentreGLAZE™ shopfront framing system may look like most other centre glaze shopfront glazing system, but the following pages will highlight what we see as the main differences.

We have opted for 50mm thick doors after running extensive computer strength checks on the common narrow 44mm thick doors. Basically narrow doors don't comply when doors are oversize or in higher wind load areas.

Thicker doors allow us to offer 24mm thick insulating glass units without having to squeeze it in. We also offer 24mm thick glass in fixed framing units.

Numerous door glazing bead types will satisfy most - from 90° square through to 45° splayed.

Door stiles will accept a large variety of common locks as shown later in this section.

Knowing that shopfront framing gets used in residential applications, we have designed dedicated sections to make this application work and perform better.

CentreGLAZE™ has been designed to accept a large range of commercial windows and Sun control shutters can be fitted into door panels and fixed framing. CentreGLAZE™ will also accomodate the FoldMASTER™ Bi-fold door.

We have track systems to suit top or bottom rolling sliding doors.
