Series 410 FoldMASTER™ Bi-fold Door Next Page

Type BFD2 Open and Close

Both doors open to one side - Doors can open to the left as drawn or right if required. As there is no loose leaf (door fitted with lever lock) doors can only be opened and closed from inside and secured with twinbolt.
No sill - The example on this page shows the recessed sill track that is designed for where the customer wants no sill obstruction.
Filler channel - The recessed sill channel can be fitted with a filler channel when the doors are open - to close off the sill channel opening.
Sheltered locations - Doors with this no sill application should only be installed in sheltered locations as the sill won't keep water out.
Concrete slab recess - The size and location of the recess in the floor slab is critical to the correct installation.
Level floor finish - The floor finish has to be on the same level both sides (inside and out) as illustrated left. Go to the Specifiers Manual for sill recess dimensions.
Installation - Refer installation section for details on recommended method of fitting the doors and accessories. For DXF/DWG cad files, go to the installation section.
