| FrontGLAZE™
has a couple of frame options: |

102mm x 60mm and 150mm x 60mm Conventional snap together frame.
The water resistance is not as high as the interlocking
mullions.
|
|
• |
102mm x 60mm and 150mm x 60mm Interlocking mullions are ideal
for high water resistance and/or units over 6000mm wide,
where expansion should be considered. The extra interlocking
leg behind the glazing pocket is the key to this mullion
design and high water resistance.

|
• |
The 60mm wide frames allow us to achieve a true 12mm of glass
bight in accordance with the IGU glass manufacturers recommendations
and allow for IGU manufacturing tolerances and glazing
installation.

There are two sill/transom
designs on the 102mm frame and 150mm frame: |

Transom with external
pressure bead. |
|
• |
Transom with internal
snap-on bead. |
