• Square Appearance: Square Appearance. The 102 perimeter frame is square and clean. The frame and sashes are significantly bolder than typical residential windows as shown below. The fixed lowlights and highlights have a matching 102 square frame. Optional flyscreens are nested into the window frame.
  

• Water Resistance: The sealing and drainage of the sashes is the key to the high water resistance (450Pa).
  Sashes are sealed to frame and each other with Qlon™ seals.
  Second line of water resistance is created with a built-in sub sill.
  


• Bold Internal Lines: The bulkier frame is ideal for those customers that want to see what they have paid for.

Sashes are secured with custom cam key lock.
