Series 464 Architectural ClearVENT™ Sashless Double-Hung Window

Hardware - Sash Locks

ClearVENT™ sashless double-hung panes can be secured with push button latches or push button locks.

Push button latch illustrated lower left.
Sashes can be secured in the partly open position with this non-locking latch.
The standard colours for key and non-key latches are black, white Special colour can be supplied on the non-locking latch if lead time permits.

Push button key lock illustrated centre right only available in the three standard colours.

Sash Support

ClearVENT™ sashes are easy to open and close as the sashes support each other via stainless steel/nylon pulleys and superbraid cords.

Pulleys are rated at 300kg per pulley.
Cord breaking strain of 350kg.
