Load Carrying Capacity: We use a very heavy duty double bogey wheel carriage in all SlideMASTER™ doors.
Wheels will carry up to 75kg per carriage (150kg per
door panel).

to Fit: The wheel carriage slides into the bottom
rail and is securely supported on all sides.

Corrosion Resistant: The wheel carriage is fabricated from
glass filled nylon and stainless steel.

Access:
By removing the lower nylon cap there is a direct
line through to the wheel height adjustment screw. |

To Adjust:
Before trying to adjust the wheel height support the
panel weight with timber wedge. Turning the adjustment
screw clockwise will lift the door panels, anti-clockwise
will lower the door panels.

Caution: Don’t lift or lower the panels too much as we
need to maintain the correct panel penetration at
head and sill.
