Wheels: |

Single
bogey: On panels less than or equal to 30kg we
fit single bogey wheels. |
|

Double-bogey:
On panels greater than 30kg (large double glazed or
thick glass) we fit double bogey wheels. |
|

Corrosion
resistant: We use a one piece nylon wheel carriage
to remove the chance of galvanic reaction when you
get two dissimilar material touching in coastal applications.

|
The
centre core of the wheel assembly is a zinc pacifated
die cast again for corrosion resistance. |
|
|
The
adjustment screw is stainless steel. |
|

Silent
wheels: The wheel rolling diameter has been matched
to the running rail. This dramatically reduces the
point load on wheels and this in turn reduces / removes
the wheel rolling noise. |

Retractable
wheels: We can retract the 32mm dia wheels right
up into the bottom rail if necessary. This is very
important when you want to install or remove the moving
panel from the frame. Support door panel weight while
adjusting the wheel height. |
