Double-bogey: We fit double bogey wheels as shown lower left on
all SlideMASTER™ door panels. |

Very
Heavy Door Panels: The standard wheel assembly
will support door panels up to 100kg. For panel over
100kg and up to 150kg we fit a similar roller assembly
with type ‘ZZ’ bearings. |

Corrosion
resistant: We use a one piece nylon wheel carriage
to remove the chance of galvanic reaction when you
get two dissimilar material touching in coastal applications.

The
centre core of the wheel assembly and the adjustment
screw are stainless steel again for corrosion resistance.

Silent
wheels: The wheel rolling diameter has been matched
to the running rail. This dramatically reduces the
point load on wheels and this in turn reduces / removes
the wheel rolling noise. |

Retractable
wheels: We can retract the 32mm dia wheels right
up into the bottom rail if necessary. This is very
important when you want to install or remove the moving
panel from the frame. |
